Executive Event Planner

Our client, a dynamic leader in the hospitality sector, is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Executive Event Planner to join their team in **Charlotte, North Carolina, US**. You will manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, marketing, staffing, and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will also be involved in developing marketing and promotional strategies for events, managing guest lists and RSVPs, and coordinating event setup, execution, and breakdown. Experience with event management software and a proven track record of successfully managing complex events are essential. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in event planning and management, preferably within the hospitality industry or for a large corporation, is required.
