Executive Event Planner

This role requires a creative visionary with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and galas to luxury destination weddings and large-scale festivals. You will oversee all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, logistics coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for all attendees. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive network of industry contacts to source top-tier vendors and negotiate contracts effectively. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning and management. The position is based in Orlando, Florida , with a hybrid work arrangement offering a blend of in-office strategic planning and on-site event execution.
