The Executive & Events Coordinator provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team through effective management of scheduling, travel, and administrative needs. This position also plays a key role in planning and executing District events and activities, while supporting the Public Relations/Communications Lead in delivering consistent and engaging communications to the community. • Provide general administrative support for leadership and Board functions as needed. Event Planning & Coordination • Organize and implement District events, activities, and programs from conception through execution. Qualifications & Skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
