Exercise Planner & Venue Manager

Position Summary: Seeking an experienced professional to lead planning, coordination, and execution of multi-agency Domestic Operations and Homeland Security exercises supporting the Michigan National Guard (MING). This position manages venue selection, scenario development, exercise control, partner engagement, and after-action reporting for large-scale Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) events. • Travel to exercise sites, primarily within Michigan, with occasional travel to Wisconsin or other states (~15 trips/year). The company began by selling foodservice equipment to the federal government and later expanded to include medical equipment and professional services, helping to meet a broader range of customer needs. • Deep knowledge of CBRN consequence management operations and coordination with civilian agencies.
