This role offers a unique opportunity to work on multiple conferences and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. The successful candidate will support Exhibit Managers in planning and executing events, collaborating with IT teams to manage digital event tools, including online registration forms and event websites. As the Event Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing exhibitor applications, booth placements, and payments, while monitoring data accuracy and following up on outstanding balances. You will also lead student teams in providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, and managing escalation protocols.
