The Boeing Global Services Customer Relations team is seeking an Experienced or Senior Customer Relations and Event Specialist who will have responsibility for executing logistics related to customer visits, conferences, special events and executive support. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to make decisions consisting of the following responsibilities is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 5+ years of experience in event management and executive support • Ability to work efficiently in a highly matrixed organization • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills • Ability to liaise in a professional manner with all internal and external business partners • Budget management to ensure cost and requirements are met • Experience in event design in order to produce aesthetic products that display originality and creativity that meet brand requirements • Experience with event planning and registration software platforms • Knowledge of negotiation and contracting processes • Flexibility for domestic and international travel as needed Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
