Experiential Event Producer

Working in tandem with a production manager, you’ll help bring clients’ visions to life. You’ll be a can-do planner and pro-active problem solver who balances all facets of planning an event from concept development all the way to the events debrief. Along the way, you’ll work with talented booking agents, art directors, and partners who help bring big ideas to fruition. · Understand the complex needs of different events and diverse clients · Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, load-in, organizing vendors, production schedules and managing load-out
