• Coordinate with custodial to ensure the facility is well-prepared before, during, and after events. • Manage event schedules and ensure there is no overlap or conflicts with other events or facility maintenance. • Work closely with campus clients and internal teams to understand event needs and provide recommendations on space and facilities usage. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field or proven experience in event coordination, preferably with a focus on facilities management. • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the university.
