The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing family events to promote the university and engage community members. Responsibilities: Develop and manage timelines for family event planning and execution Coordinate event activities, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor contracts Design and implement promotional strategies to increase community engagement Develop and implement strategies for increasing family participation at events Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event planning Monitor event budgets and manage expenses Evaluate the success of events and provide feedback for future planning Provide excellent customer service to all participants Maintain records of event expenditures and attendee registration Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote the university and community engagement University of California-Riverside is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
