With an executive team consisting of some of the most experienced hotel management leaders, the company is a trusted partner for top ownership groups and major hotel brands. • Speak with guests requiring any special dining reservations over 20 people • Coordinate Time elements of the activities • Coordinate Food and Beverage Options • Coordinate any Audio Visual or entertainment options with the Director of Restaurants and Guests for pricing • Discuss payment methods including deposit for these reservations • Maintain a calendar of BEOs for the Food and Beverage Team • Also send an email with the attached BEO to Crescent Food and Beverage Team • Communicate 72 hours prior to the event to discuss the exact number of attendees and changes • Call guest back that would have required information concerning the restaurant. • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Crescent Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. • Must be able to cross-train in other hotel-related areas. • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
