As an Event Planning Coordinator, you will leverage your expertise in event management and your ability to communicate effectively and organize meticulously to ensure the successful execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and online events. Familiarity with strategic B2B OEM relationships in the technology space and experience with platforms such as Microsoft Suite, ON24, Salesforce, and Splash will be invaluable to your success. • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field • 2-5 years of recent relevant experience in event planning, trade show coordination, or related roles • proficiency in Microsoft Suite, ON24, Salesforce, and Splash • ability to manage multiple projects and event details simultaneously • strong communication and collaboration skills • experience with negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management is desired • capacity to analyze and report on event ROI and KPIs
