Job Tasks • Plan and work with Food Service Events team to deliver the highest quality of hospitality for our guests. • As Event Manager, coordinate communication with the Events Team, Facilities staff, and caterers to complete operational needs, solve issues that may come up, and complete itemized bills, gratuity roster, and event manager reports. • Knowledge of how to coordinate and manage service staff for banquet and bar events. • Ability to motivate staff and work as leader of a team. • Able to work under pressure • Able to move at a fast pace and be able to communicate effectively with staff Supervises Directly: Food Service Event Staff Food Service Event Supervisors, and Leads Coconut Grove Facility Supervisor, Lead, and Staff Production Kitchen Supervisor and Leads Production Kitchen Staff Testing Upon Offer or Hire: Drug screen Criminal background checkCreate an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
