We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and people-focused Freelance Event Coordinator to oversee the on-site execution on the event days. This role blends backstage management, client collaboration, and hands-on event delivery, ensuring a safe, organized, and memorable experience for our young models, families, designers, and guests. • Collaborate with and assist the Event Manager as needed, with a specific focus on on-site execution.
