The FOX Experience + Design team is fueled by boldness and the desire to create impact. The Freelance Event Coordinator will report to the VP of Events, but work with multiple team members in support of events across many business units. What You Will Need • Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and ever-changing environment while projecting grace under pressure • Ability to work independently, under the direction of the senior events team • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of executives as well as stakeholders from various business units • Desire to learn all aspects of event production • Occasional travel may be required • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed for events • Able to lift 50 lbs.
