Freelance Event Coordinator – Denver

We're launching our AI-powered matchmaking app in Denver and are looking for a sharp, organized, and execution-focused Event Coordinator to run our curated singles events on the ground. About the role You'll be our local operator in Denver. What you'll do • Source and book venues following our brief (LoDo, RiNo, Highlands preferred) • Coordinate with bar staff and any event personnel • Manage check-in and guest flow on the night • Be the on-the-ground point of contact for everything local You're a fit if you • Are based in Denver • Have run social, nightlife, or community events in Denver • Have existing relationships with local venues or bar managers • Are reliable, proactive, and execution-obsessed • Can manage 100–200 person events independently
