The role of Freelance Event Planner & Lead Designer is multifaceted, combining creative leadership with hands-on event planning and operational execution. The ideal candidate will communicate seamlessly with fabrication and production teams to ensure that designs are realized effectively while maintaining a keen awareness of guest experience and operational flow. Bonus skills include experience in Austin’s events or hospitality sector, knowledge of scenic and fabrication coordination, social content design, and advanced 3D rendering.
