The Freelance Onsite Event Coordinator role at Bisnow involves managing all logistics for events in the Boston area, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. This position requires local availability for partial and full-day events twice a month, with a focus on providing an exceptional attendee experience. The coordinator will work closely with event managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the events are well-prepared and executed. • Pick up name badges and set up registration the day before every event. • Bring and set up event signage and materials to the event space prior to the start of the event and ensure safe removal post-event.
