Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Freelance Wedding & Event Planner located in York, PA, with flexibility for virtual planning calls, venue visits, and weekend work in South PA, North MD, and Baltimore, MD. The planner will organize, coordinate, and execute weddings and events while managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. The role involves interacting closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring their vision is brought to life. The planner will also provide exceptional customer service and problem-solve to address any challenges that arise during the planning process.

Qualifications

Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning skillsExperience with Budgeting and financial coordinationStrong Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and vendors effectivelyExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskProficiency with event management tools or software is a plusAvailability to work evenings and weekends as needed for eventsReliable transportation to travel to event venues and vendor meetingsPrevious event planning experience is highly preferred
