Fundraising and Special Events Coordinator

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director, Fundraising and Special Events, the Coordinator, Fundraising and Special Events will work on all aspects surrounding the development and implementation of ALS United Greater New York’s fundraising events and projects. The Coordinator will also provide support for the Walk ALS program, the Team ALS endurance program, and general administrative support to the Events team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, outgoing, organized with high attention to detail, has a customer service-focused mindset, is good at multi-tasking, and has experience in or a strong interest in working in special event fundraising. This position is based out of the NYC office. • Must be able to work some nights and weekends, as needed.
