The incumbent is a full- time employee and may be required to work after hours, evenings, weekends and will be required to flex schedule. Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / trainingMinimum of 2–3 years of progressively responsible administrative or program coordination experience in higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, international programs, student services, event management, or a related field.Experience coordinating events, programs, or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.Experience providing customer service and support to students, faculty, staff, or external partners.Experience managing logistical processes such as scheduling, travel coordination, financial tracking, reimbursements, purchasing, or records management.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems/databases, such as Qualtrics, to manage information and communications.Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural sensitivity in program coordination and communication.Several years experience independently event planningExperience support both faculty and studentsExperience with creating marketing and promotional materialDemonstrated experience working with post-graduate or professional studentsDemonstrated experience of Windows OS and Microsoft software programs needed to effectively generate data and produce reportsKnowledge and experience with survey and application tools such as QualtricsDemonstrated knowledge of the academic environment of a professional school and the requests of students and faculty.Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.Working knowledge of concepts, principles and practices of event planning and production and public relations.Working knowledge of the campus, its programs, policies, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure.Working organizational skills, including skill in effectively coordinating and organizing multiple details.
