Global Program Events Coordinator

The Worldwide Program Coordinator will support the WW Events Lead in implementing and scaling the Worldwide Events strategy by driving operational excellence across the global Events ecosystem. Working in close partnership with WW Events, Today at client, PR, Production, Retail Marketing, and geo teams, the Specialist will coordinate cross-functional workflows, maintain operational systems, and ensure alignment across key initiatives. By managing intake, governance, leadership review processes, reporting, and worldwide event operations, the Specialist will provide visibility into the global events portfolio and help ensure successful execution of the Fewer, Bigger, Buzzier strategy. • Maintain the WW Events calendar and ensure approved events are accurately tracked from intake through recap. Support implementation of new operational tools and systems that strengthen planning, tracking, and reporting across the Events organization.
