The Group & Event Services Manager acts as the main point of contact for group organizers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction, while driving revenue through successful group bookings and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with group and event clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the planning process and event executionProvide proactive communication, keeping clients informed and updated on event status, changes, or special requestsAddress and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for the client and guestsFollow up with clients after their event to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement or future business Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in group and event management, ideally within the hospitality industryExperience managing a variety of event types, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social eventsStrong background in customer service, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-profile clients and large eventsExperience with event management software (e.g., Delphi, Cvent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) As a best-in-class employer, we’re committed to creating one of the Best Places to Work in hospitality by nurturing a culture where creativity, excellence, and humanity thrive together.
