Guest Experience & Events Manager

Guest Experience & Events Manager oversees daily restaurant operations while coordinating private events, catering services, and special functions. This position combines restaurant management, administrative support, customer service, staff supervision, and event planning responsibilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient business operations. Plan and coordinate catering events, banquets, private parties, and corporate functions.Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients.Prepare event proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.Coordinate menus, staffing, timelines, and logistics for events.Ensure successful execution of on-site and off-site catering functions.Conduct event follow-up and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business. 3+ years of restaurant management or hospitality experience.Experience coordinating catering events, banquets, or private functions.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and event planning software.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
