Head Coach of Field Hockey Event Management

Position Overview: The Head Coach of Field Hockey is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all aspects of the field hockey program. The Head Coach ensures full compliance with all NCAA, conference, and institutional policies and regulations. In addition to coaching responsibilities, this position supports academic coordination for studentathletes by promoting academic success, monitoring progress, and collaborating with campus resources to enhance the overall studentathlete experience. The role also includes athletic event management responsibilities outside the traditional field hockey season, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of home athletic contests and special events to ensure a positive and wellorganized gameday environment.
