Key Responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of events to ensure a legendary experience for attendees and sponsors Engage and expand the eCommerce community Collaborate with the team to shape and implement the company vision Lead a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity Required Qualifications 6+ years of progressive experience in events, community leadership, or operational management Strong event management skills, preferably with eCommerce experience Deep understanding of the eCommerce industry Proven ability to build and grow community initiatives Hands-on approach to executing projects and strategies
