As a member of our Development and Events team, the Head of Special Events Coordination will play a critical role in planning and executing events that drive cultivation, stewardship, recognition, and fundraising. This individual must be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and project management skills. Main Responsibilities: • Event Venue Research: Identify potential event venues that align with our brand and mission, negotiating rates, timelines, and other essential details. • Liaison Work: Build strong relationships with venues and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Requirements: • Experience: A minimum of 7-10+ years of professional experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
