Head of Wedding Growth & Event Planner Partnerships

This role is centered on building deep, trusted relationships with wedding planners, coordinators, venues, and preferred vendor networks, and positioning our company as a go-to partner for weddings, not a one-off rental vendor. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the wedding ecosystem, strengthening our reputation and referral pipelines, and building the systems, partnerships, and team needed to grow sustainably in this space. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Grow our wedding clientele through: • Wedding planners and coordinators • Venues and preferred vendor lists • Wedding agencies and creative partners • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with: • Wedding planners • Venue managers • Wedding designers and coordinators • Position our company as a preferred wedding partner, not just a rental option • Develop referral and partnership programs tailored to the wedding industry • Identify gaps in our current wedding offering, messaging, and client experience • Improve how we attract, convert, and retain wedding clients • Build and lead a team as needed to support wedding growth • Create scalable systems for planner outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management • Represent the company professionally at: • Wedding meetings • Venue walkthroughs • Industry events and networking opportunities • Track growth performance, planner relationships, and referral outcomes Why This Role Is Different • You are not inheriting a rigid structure • You will help define how our wedding growth engine works • You will influence how we present ourselves to planners and couples • You will work with a company that already delivers premium experiences and wants to grow intentionally Compensation • Competitive base salary • Performance-based incentives tied to wedding growth and referrals • Long-term growth opportunity as the wedding division expands
