** As an **Events Coordinator** , you will be planning and executing events at the El Dorado Kitchen that have been booked by the Event Sales Manager. Confirm all items needed for the event are on property or on order. Day of events you will be confirming menus with the kitchen, leading a line-up meeting with the server team, assisting with the set-up details and being on property to meet and greet guests at arrival. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** Ability to: * Satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding in person and by telephone. * Possess knowledge of food production and service and have the ability to perform all positions in banquet operations in order to supervise, direct, and train all banquet personnel.
