Location: Charlotte, NC Supports the events specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events that align with organizational goals and creates positive experiences for attendees. Meetings include customer visits, community outreach events, internal meetings involving more than 50 people, and onboarding for interns and other large groups. • Supports events specialist with proofing event documentation (banquet event orders, production schedules, run of shows) • Supports events specialist with reviewing and paying invoices. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in event planning-organization, coordinating events, reviewing contracts.
