Culinary Management Program Overview: As an adjunct instructor in our Culinary Management program, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of future culinary professionals. This course provides students with hands-on experience in executing the management of special events and catering through a lab component throughout the semester. You will also integrate technology into your teaching practices, maintain accurate records, and provide support to students. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required. • Adjunct instructors are paid on a credit-hour basis.
