This role is focused on operational excellence, premium guest experience, and leadership execution. Event Planning & Client Experience • Serve as primary client contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up • Conduct site tours, tastings, and client planning meetings • Develop event proposals, pricing, and event orders • Coordinate event details including menus, timelines, staffing, and layouts • Maintain accurate event records in event management systems (Tripleseat experience preferred) Performance Expectations Operational Performance • Event execution quality • Service speed and consistency • Compliance adherence Qualifications • 3–5 years of event management experience in beverage sales within hospitality, hotel, catering or restaurants • Strong understanding of event sales, planning, and execution workflows • Excellent client service and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple events in fast-paced environments, Vendor management, change management and risk management.
