We’re looking for an energetic, highly organized Hospitality Professional to help lead the experience at our Charlotte-based Blinders Sports Lounge. You’ll plan, sell, and execute events — from corporate happy hours to college game watch parties — while also stepping in as a floor manager during key shifts to support day-to-day operations. Marketing & Promotions Support • Partner with the marketing team to plan themed nights and watch parties • Track event performance and ROI • Contribute to social media or email updates promoting upcoming events • Qualifications • 2+ years experience in hospitality event coordination, catering sales, or restaurant management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Working knowledge of POS/reservation or event software (e.g., SevenRooms, Toast) • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Passion for sports, food, and creating great guest experiences What We Offer • Competitive salary + event commission and quarterly bonus potential • Flexible work schedule with mix of admin hours and event coverage • Team-oriented culture with growth opportunities • Employee dining & beverage discounts Job Type: Full-time
