Hospitality Manager (FOH Manager)

Description

We’re hiring a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts and events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and support front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and guest services
* Manage guest flow, reservations, and seating during peak times
* Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation
* Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
* Build schedules and manage labor efficiently
* Train, coach, and develop team members
* Partner with the events team on large groups and private events
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

* 2+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue
* Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
* Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms
* Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Able to stand and move throughout a multi-level venue
* Background check required

**Pay & Perks**

* **$60,00–$75,000 annually**, based on experience
