Help us make an impact—become part of Team Unum! As a vital part of our campus hospitality strategy, you will ensure high-quality meeting and event experiences that engage employees. Manage meeting and event bookings through our campus reservation systems.Act as the main point of contact for scheduling support, offering guidance and resolving issues.Oversee booking system accuracy and ensure effective utilization of spaces.Address scheduling conflicts and service issues as they arise.Assist in maintaining and improving meeting and event systems.Help implement and document hospitality tools and processes.Streamline the meeting and event experience for participants.Uphold service standards and guidelines throughout all interactions.Coordinate logistics for meetings, employee programs, and campus events.Support event setup and on-site coordination on event days.Collaborate with service providers for catering and AV equipment needs.Identify operational challenges and propose improvements.Collect feedback to enhance future meeting and event experiences.Track and report on service delivery metrics for consistency and improvement.Be available occasionally outside standard business hours for events.Deliver exceptional service for all campus meetings and events.Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.Work with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution.Maintain high attention to detail in scheduling, logistics, and operations.Adapt to changes in tools, processes, and business needs.Contribute to innovative solutions in our campus hospitality services.Qualifications: 5+ years in a hospitality or related environment.Experience in a corporate setting.Proven ability to support large-scale meetings or events.Familiarity with booking and workplace management platforms.Experience with process improvement or technology initiatives.Creative, solution-oriented mindset.Join us as we continue to support our community and our employees at Unum!
