The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples is seeking an organized, service-focused Event Coordinator to support our Sales and Catering team in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, and social events. The Event Coordinator helps ensure clear communication, organized documentation, and exceptional guest experience. Support the Sales department with administrative responsibilities including preparing contracts and correspondence, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and assisting with office coordination and reporting.
