Lead Events Professional: The Lead Event Specialist plays a key role in implementing and managing in-store events and demonstrations. This involves staying up-to-date on company products, engaging with consumers to promote sales, and maintaining a professional appearance that aligns with company standards. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Manage and maintain all event equipment and resources in optimal condition • Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding any issues or concerns when the supervisor is unavailable • Serve as the primary point of contact for all events conducted in the store when the supervisor is absent or unable to work • Support and collaborate with other Event Specialists as needed and required • Offer guidance and leadership to colleagues • Proactively interact with customers to drive sales and promote company products • Prepare and serve food samples, including raw meats and produce, while adhering to proper food safety and handling procedures • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times • Set up and prepare the Event Table for successful execution This position is expected to work no more than 25 hours per week.
