Contract: W2, 3- Months (extension possible) Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA 94110 Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and executing employee and client-facing events • Manage day-of logistics including venue setup, catering, AV, check-in, and vendor coordination • Collaborate with internal teams including facilities, AV, catering, and security • Organize materials like signage, name badges, guest lists, shipping, and inventory • Provide hands-on, on-site support during events and solve issues in real time • Track event outcomes and feedback to measure success and drive improvement • Align event experiences with OpenAI’s mission and cross-functional team needs
