Internal Events Coordinator (Onsite) Our Manufacturing client is looking for an Internal Events Coordinator to assist their team through the end of May as they manage two major programs happening in 2026. The Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for: • Helping plan, manage, and execute high-profile internal events across the multiple locations • Supporting end-to-end planning and logistics including menu planning, updating website content, reviewing registration lists and confirming details, coordinating with the travel team and external vendors, and ensuring onsite details are confirmed • Helping manage attendee and vendor questions as planning progresses In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
