Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Event Productions, the Internal Events Coordinator plays a significant role in maintaining the high standards and smooth operation of internal events. • High school diploma or GED • 1-2 years prior event planning experience • ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • ability to stand and walk for long periods • proficiency with EMS event software and Microsoft Office • familiarity with basic media equipment • ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
