If you have proven **planning experience in a manufacturing environment** , this is an opportunity you need to explore! * **Own the Process:** Enjoy more responsibility and freedom in your role as the sole Production Planner with our LA team! **Essential duties** : * Follow projects through all phases of manufacturing and shipping * Work with internal teams to verify correct information is provided on job ticket * Coordinate with purchasing material needs of stock material, specialty items, outside service, and supplied materials as needed * Work with scheduling department to verify schedule * Monitor and communicate milestone status to customer * Create a planning estimate if the job is quoted from the price grid * Produce layout sheets for multi-design jobs * Generate Job Ticket * Ensure all job specs, pricing, and shipping instructions are in place before releasing to Scheduling and Production * Safely perform physical demands as indicated below * Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel * Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet customers' needs **About the Company:** Founded in 1988, PLI is the world's largest Gift, Loyalty and Hospitality Card manufacturer.
