Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their day-of event objectives and requirements - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services - Manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule - Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and audiovisual equipment - Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth execution - Address any issues or concerns that may arise during events -Ability to work on/with a banquet team - Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry practices - Ability to provide exceptional guest services - Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus - Exceptional customer service skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
