Keeneland Association is hiring: Special Event Planner in Lexington

• Serve as Keeneland representative for assigned spaces, managing catering orders each day. • Collaborate with other departments on ways to enhance the race day experience for the group; i.e. Keeneland Shop, Tours, BETologists. Keeneland Special Event Program • Once a facility is secured by the Director of Hospitality Sales & Experience or Director of Events, assist the client to plan the details of the event and coordinate with other Keeneland departments. • Serve as the Keeneland liaison for special events, always placing an emphasis on customer service. • Assist in the planning of internal events and meetings • Assist in the up-keep of the event software.
