Duties • Plan, coordinate, and execute kiosk events at multiple venues, ensuring all logistics run smoothly from setup to teardown • Engage with event attendees confidently, providing product information and delivering exceptional customer service • Implement marketing strategies to attract foot traffic and promote brand awareness at each event location • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venue staff, or partners to secure optimal arrangements for each event • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each event’s audience • Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement Requirements • Proven experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality roles such as restaurant, hotel, banquet service, or fundraising events • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences • Familiarity with contracts, catering arrangements, and venue logistics is highly desirable • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed for event schedules • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services roles will be considered a strong asset Fast-track advancement opportunities (we need managers ASAP).
