The responsibilities and expectations of this Knit Manager / Planning role will include managing the knit production floor and assigning new orders for production. o Monitors knitting production, from yarn allocation to knit goods inventory o Assigns new orders to knitting machines o Prepare and deploy knitting documents for production o Monitors yarn allocation to knit floor o Monitors knit machine efficiencies and production • Works closely and communicates effectively with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing and Quality Assurance personnel. • Assists with the yarn and roll goods inventory. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have strong organizational skills.
