About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Planner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, loves logistics, and is excited to serve couples through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

In this role, you’ll lead the planning and coordination of weddings from start to finish, manage vendors, support the administrative side of the business, and help us grow our brand and reputation.

This is a part-time, contractor position with compensation ranging from $800–$4,000 per event or wedding, but there is room to negotiate a flat rate or hourly rate, depending on the service package, experience, and scope of work - eligibility for transition into full time work.

Responsibilities
✨ Wedding Day Management of Event Coordination for Full-service or any of our service packages design, and coordination
✨ Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and fulfill their vision
✨ Manage vendors, contracts, and timelines
✨ Organize all event details including: décor, catering, entertainment, rentals, venue logistics, transportation, and more
✨ Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, vendors, and the internal team
✨ Lead and manage event execution from setup to breakdown, handling any challenges that arise with grace
✨ Provide updates and insights during weekly team meetings
✨ Represent Love and Life Events at networking events, bridal shows, and industry gatherings
✨ Support with administrative tasks and contribute ideas for improving our services and systems
✨ Conduct post-event follow-ups and evaluations to ensure continued excellence

What We’re Looking For
✔ Minimum of 2 years of wedding planning and event coordination experience (start-to-finish experience required)
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
✔ Proven ability to manage vendors and work collaboratively with a variety of personalities
✔ Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset
✔ Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media branding basics
✔ Available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
✔ Flexible, dependable, goal-driven, and ready to grow with our team
✔ Degree in hospitality, public relations, or a related field is a plus
