Hawaiʻi Stage is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Lead Rigger to oversee and execute rigging operations for live events, installations, and production builds across the islands. The Lead Rigger will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of all overhead and ground-supported rigging systems, managing on-site rigging teams, coordinating with production leads, and adhering to industry standards, local codes, and client specifications. • Interpret rigging plots, truss layouts, and weight load calculations. • Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
