Role Description The role involves a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote work and onsite event coordination. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to organize, schedule, and oversee events seamlessly • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity with clients, vendors, and team members • Customer Service expertise, with a commitment to ensuring the best experience for clients and guests • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus • Relevant certifications in event planning or management are favorable • Strong time management skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Reliable transportation • Availability for evenings and weekends
