Planned Elegance is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Wedding Coordinator to join our team for the 2026 season! Wedding experience required – You understand timelines, vendor management, ceremony flow, and how to confidently run a wedding day from start to finish. • Decor & styling experience preferred – You’re comfortable executing design plans, setting up ceremony and reception décor, styling details, and overseeing teardown at the end of the night. • Willingness to travel – About 70% of our weddings are in the Cleveland/Akron area, with additional events in Youngstown and Pittsburgh. • You’ll direct and support your Assistant Coordinator and décor team throughout setup, event execution, and teardown.
