Thank you for your interest in joining Right as Rayne Events. Our Wedding Coordinators play a vital role in supporting couples through one of the most meaningful days of their lives. This is a part‑time, event‑based role, ideal for individuals who have full‑time jobs but want to pursue this passion on the side or are only needing a part-time job. Most coordinators on our team balance this work alongside other careers.
Position Overview & Requirements:
Commit to at least one wedding per month (two weddings a month in August, September, & October).
Open availability on weekends for bookings.
Dedicate 25-30 hours per wedding, including planning, communication, and execution. Compensation is $900 per wedding.
Be onsite for 10+ hours on the wedding day.
Travel for weddings outside the Denver area (Mileage + drive‑time compensated for events more than 25 miles/30+ minutes away)
Complete hands‑on training, shadowing, and assisting before leading your own weddings.
Meet with prospective and booked clients via Google Meet/Zoom.
Review vendor contracts and lead communication.
Create detailed wedding day timelines and floor plans.
Attend and lead final walkthroughs, and one-hour rehearsals the day before the wedding (please note that sometimes venues require morning rehearsals).
Assist other coordinators on weddings you aren't leading.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 12.0 per week
