The Lead Wedding Planner is a client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing weddings from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, vendor coordination, and guest experience are carried out with excellence. This is a part-time, seasonal, on-site role with the potential for growth, requiring availability for weekday meetings and most weekends during wedding season, as well as travel to event locations. This role requires strong organization, confident communication, and the ability to lead with professionalism and grace. Job Duties: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned couples, providing clear, timely communication and a confident planning experience. • Manage assigned weddings within Driftwood’s CRM system, completing updates, tasks, and documentation independently and on time.
